Jill is a partner at Parker & Minne, and has more than a decade of experience fighting on behalf of employees. Jill’s interest in employment law was first sparked while she was still a law student at the University of Southern California. There, she had the opportunity to work at one of the most prolific plaintiff’s firms in California. Jill found her calling in helping hard-working employees recover the fair compensation they are owed despite a system that often seems stacked against them.
Jill’s practice primarily focuses on wage and hour class actions and representative Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) cases, as well as other employment-related matters including discrimination, wrongful termination, and retaliation. She has also litigated consumer fraud and data breach class actions. Jill practices in state and federal courts throughout California.
Colleagues respect Jill for her dedication and proactiveness, as she is always thinking several steps ahead to make sure that she is placing her clients in the most favorable position possible. Jill is also noted for her ability to think on her feet and deal with unexpected developments, whether in settlement negotiations or in the courtroom. Her efforts are borne out by the results she has achieved, including multiple multi-million dollar settlements in certified class action cases on behalf of employees who work in retail, food service, banking, and call centers, among other industries.
When she’s not working, Jill enjoys spending time with her family and friends, listening to true crime podcasts, and hiking with her goldendoodle, Jack.
